When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email and the message you send us.

We also use Vercel Analytics to measure site visits in aggregate. This service does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

We only use form data to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

We keep contact messages for 1 year, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@zjdigitalpartners.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
